Indian traditional and ayurvedic medicine is used to relieve various complex diseases health issues. Bacopa monnieri a potent medicinal herb for multiple disease remedies known as nootropic or brain tonic herb. Impact of different shade net intensity (SNIs) on biomass yield bioactive compound studied using the most efficient UPLC-MS/MS methods. The viz., 0% SNI, 30% 40% 50% 75% 90% SNI were used.
